Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, then stir again. Repeat this process until the mixture becomes sticky and translucent.

Dust a clean surface with mochi flour and transfer the sticky dough onto it. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.

Roll out the dough into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and add your desired toppings.

Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
