Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and instant coffee powder. Fold gently until just combined.

Pour the batter into a tart pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
