  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until pale and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and instant coffee powder. Fold gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a tart pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, spread whipped cream over the tart and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
