Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in 2 tablespoons of hot water.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted chocolate mixture, coffee, sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
