  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  4. Stir in the mint extract and green food coloring.
  5. Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and fold them into the fudge mixture along with the mini marshmallows.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Let the fudge set at room temperature for about 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Once set, remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut it into squares.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
