Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out any excess water.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.

Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
