S’mores are a popular campfire treat in the United States and are traditionally made by sandwiching a toasted marshmallow and a piece of chocolate between two graham crackers.

While the sandwiches are baking, prepare the chocolate ganache by melting the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
