  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the mini pumpkin pies from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate the pies for at least 1 hour.
