In a small bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Divide the mixture evenly among 6 mini Mason jars and press down to form the crust.

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Divide the filling evenly among the Mason jars, on top of the crust.

Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each jar.

Place the lids on the jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
