Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour mini loaf pans.

In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the mashed bananas and Greek yogurt. Mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared mini loaf pans.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
