Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.

Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in each muffin cup.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let the pies cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes.

Transfer the pies to a wire rack and let them cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
