Mini Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are believed to have originated in Sweden and are popular in many countries around the world.

In a mixing bowl, combine the dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Let it rest for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Spread melted butter over the dough.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the dough.

Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.

Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 15 minutes.

While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.

Once the rolls are done, drizzle the cream cheese glaze over them.
