Marvellous Mac N Cheese
Mac and cheese originated in Italy, but it gained popularity in the United States during the 20th century.
This is vegetarian and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 50 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and mustard powder until well combined.

Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a baking dish, combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce. Mix well.

Top with mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
