Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

Add the melted butter, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, and milk to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
