  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold cubed butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the diced mango, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss until the mango is coated.
  5. Spread the mango mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top of the mango layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 1 hour.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
