Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mango puree, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
