In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

Drizzle the melted butter over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
