Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, sift together the almond flour and powdered sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites until fully combined.

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheet.

Let the macarons rest for 30 minutes to form a skin.

Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Once cooled, spread a teaspoon of Nutella onto the flat side of one macaron shell. Sandwich with another shell.

Repeat with the remaining macaron shells.
