Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and flour, and beat until well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, before serving.
