Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar.

Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Stir in the cooked egg noodles and raisins.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Crush the cornflakes and sprinkle them over the top of the noodle mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Allow the noodle pudding to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
