In a large bowl, mix the bread flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

Add tikka masala paste, natural yogurt, water, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a long thin breadstick.

Place the breadsticks on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove the breadsticks from the oven and brush them with melted butter.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
