In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.

In a separate bowl, mix together the orange juice, applesauce, egg, sugar, and yogurt.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
