Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Stir in the rolled oats, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the granola bars to cool completely before cutting them into bars.
