Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the honey, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Divide the batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
