Low-Carb Cinnamon Bundt Cake
Bundt cakes became popular in the 1950s after the creation of the Bundt pan by Nordic Ware.
This is vegetarian, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 65 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and granulated sweetener until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition.

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Invert the cake onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
