  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then mix in the vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
