Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Press the dough into the bottom of a greased baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the lemon filling by grating the zest from the lemons and squeezing out the juice.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and eggs until well combined.

Pour the lemon filling over the partially baked crust and return to the oven.

Bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
