  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, ground almonds, and granulated sugar.
  3. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the egg yolk and mix until the dough comes together.
  5. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
  6. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the dough.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough over the top of the jam.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
