Slice the bagels into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the bagel cubes, diced apples, walnuts, and raisins.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Pour the milk mixture over the bagel mixture and toss until well combined.
