Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual tart pans.

Bake the crusts for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

Slice the bananas and arrange them on top of the cooled crusts.

In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, milk, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the custard over the bananas in the tart pans.
