Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the butter to the dry ingredients and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mango pulp, cream cheese, egg, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Spoon the batter into greased muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
