  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In the same blender, add cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled with whipped cream and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
