  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.
  9. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  11. Before serving, top the cheesecake with mixed berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.
