Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.

Beat the egg yolks with half of the granulated sugar until pale and creamy.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the remaining granulated sugar and continue beating until glossy.

Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.

Sift the flour over the egg mixture and gently fold until combined.

Transfer the batter to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.

Pipe the batter into finger-shaped cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Dust the cookies with powdered sugar.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
