Ladybirds Christmas Snowman and Christmas Pudding Truffles
Truffles are traditionally made with ganache, but this recipe uses a no-bake method to create festive and delicious treats for the holiday season.

Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies, cream cheese, cocoa powder, and icing sugar.

Mix well until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Place the tray in the refrigerator and let the truffles rest for 1 hour.

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

Divide the melted chocolate into two bowls.

Add red food coloring to one bowl and green food coloring to the other bowl.

Dip the truffles into the colored chocolate, leaving a small portion undipped to resemble a snowman's head.

Place the dipped truffles back on the baking tray and let them set.

Use the edible black icing pen to draw eyes, mouth, and buttons on the snowman truffles.

Decorate the snowman truffles with edible silver balls as buttons.

For the Christmas pudding truffles, roll the remaining truffles in desiccated coconut to resemble a Christmas pudding.

Place an edible holly decoration on top of each Christmas pudding truffle.
