In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Fold in the whipped cream.

Take a muffin tin and line each cup with a Kit Kat bar.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each cup.

Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let it set for 2 hours.

Once set, remove the Kit Kat cups from the muffin tin.

Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and sprinkle with sprinkles.
