  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  5. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until set.
  6. Allow the lemon bars to cool completely in the dish on a wire rack.
  7. Once cooled, dust the top with powdered sugar.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
