Joey’s Bread Pudding

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish with butter.

Tear the bread into small pieces and place them in the greased baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Pour the mixture over the bread, making sure all the bread is soaked.

Sprinkle raisins on top.

Dot the top with small pieces of butter.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
