Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil, honey, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with coffee and orange juice. Mix until just combined.

Stir in orange zest, raisins, and chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
