  2. Roll out the pretzel dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread cream cheese on one half of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and jalapeno peppers on top.
  5. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
  6. Cut the dough into small squares.
  7. Brush the pretzels with beaten egg and sprinkle coarse salt on top.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let the pretzels rest for 10 minutes before serving.
