  6. Spread the jam evenly over the dough.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough over the jam layer.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
