In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm milk.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and yogurt.

Mix until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour.

Preheat the grill or oven to high heat.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a teardrop shape.

Brush each naan with melted butter.

Place the naan on the grill or baking sheet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until puffed and lightly browned.
