  8. Spread apricot jam evenly over the dough.
  9. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side.

  11. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  12. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  14. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
