Switzerland is famous for its cheese production, especially Swiss cheese which is known for its distinct flavor and holey texture.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced onion, minced garlic, black pepper, and half of the grated Swiss cheese. Mix well.

Spread the mixture into a baking dish.

Top with the remaining Swiss cheese and sliced almonds.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and slightly browned on top.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
