  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
  9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  12. Before serving, sprinkle crushed honeycomb on top of the cheesecake.
