Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin cups.

In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, bran flakes, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
