Honey Banana Cupcakes with Nutella Ganache

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, honey, egg, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small saucepan, heat the Nutella and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Remove the ganache from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, spoon the Nutella ganache over the tops of the cupcakes.

Garnish with banana slices and a drizzle of honey.
