Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and almond flour.

In a separate bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the butter mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until combined.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Make an indentation in the center of each cookie using your thumb or the back of a teaspoon.

Fill each indentation with a teaspoon of jam.

Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of the cookies.
