Sprinkle grated cheese, dried herbs, and salt evenly over the pastry sheets.

Roll the pastry sheets tightly from one end to the other.

Cut the rolled pastry into small slices.

Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Brush the slices with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
