Homemade Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut butter cups were invented by H.B. Reese in the 1920s and became popular as a Halloween candy.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until well combined.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each paper liner, spreading it up the sides.

Spoon a small amount of the peanut butter mixture into each chocolate-lined liner.

Top each cup with more melted chocolate, covering the peanut butter completely.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
