  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Carefully transfer the cake onto a clean kitchen towel and roll it up tightly.
  11. Let the rolled cake cool completely.
  12. Unroll the cake and spread whipped cream and jam or fruit filling evenly over the surface.
  13. Roll the cake back up, using the towel to help you.
